About Us

The Link Within

The Link Within was created from a passion for people, learning, and making a meaningful difference. This initiative combines professional expertise with personal insight to offer massage therapy, neurodivergent coaching and support, and NDIS-funded respite care for children in Ballina and the surrounding areas.

True well-being starts from within—being compassionate to ourselves, embracing authenticity, and and nurturing both body and mind. However, we are not just individuals; we are also deeply connected to those around us. Each person is a link within their family and community, influencing and shaping the relationships they are part of. When we deepen our inner connection—the link within—we also strengthen the bonds that connect us to others, creating more understanding, balance, and support in our daily lives.

Meet Estee
Hi, I’m Estee. I was born and raised in Hungary, spent 16 years living in Sweden, and relocated to Ballina, NSW, with my family in 2023. As a qualified social worker, a skilled massage therapist, an autistic woman with ADHD, and a parent to an autistic child, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I understand the complexities of neurodiversity—not only through continuous study and my own experiences with autism and ADHD but also through raising my daughter, Marikka. While my approach is not formal counseling, I offer support, coaching, and hands-on guidance to help neurodivergent individuals and their families navigate everyday challenges by developing and applying practical tools that support better functioning, well-being, and thriving relationships. These tools not only encourage personal growth but also nurture healthier family dynamics. By focusing on both the individual and the family as a whole, I aim to foster a more balanced, understanding, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

A Special Assistant
Marikka plays an important role in my work with children. As a friendly, creative, and gentle 10-year-old with Level 1 autism, she easily connects with younger kids, making respite care —available under NDIS funding—a fun and comfortable experience. Her playful and empathetic nature helps children feel at ease, building trust and engagement.

What I Can Do For You
I offer coaching sessions either at home or in nature, including walk-and-talk sessions that create a peaceful space for reflection, movement, and emotional regulation.

My Swedish massage therapy provides relief from muscle tension and promotes relaxation. Especially beneficial for neurodivergent individuals, it helps ease sensory overload, reduce anxiety, and encourage a sense of calm.

Respite care (NDIS) is flexible and can be provided at your home, at a local park, playground, or another suitable location around Ballina, with availability during evenings, nights, and weekends to best fit their needs.

Everything I do is grounded in compassion and understanding. I believe that when we strengthen the link within, we foster self-acceptance, resilience, and emotional balance, enhancing not only individual well-being but also the overall quality of life for couples and families.

I’m Here to Help.
